The Koroni Fund

The Investment

PKS, in association with Olive Tree, are pleased to be able offer this exciting new opportunity.

Many people are aware of the significant volume of mis-selling of payment protection insurance (PPI) by high street banks and other lenders, in association with the sale of loans and credit cards.

Claims against these lenders are now coming in at the rate thousands per month. Claims companies are paid a fee from the settlement of these claims against the banks. The companies could attract many more claims per month, if they were able to pay agents ‘up front’ to introduce consumers to them, who have a valid PPI claim.

The Koroni Fund will allow the claims company to pay an introductory fee to agents, in return for a share of the commission due from the successful claim settlement when it is paid by the bank. The Fund’s share of the settlement is at a fixed rate, allowing it to offer very attractive returns to investors when the claim settles.

The objective of the Fund is to generate a return for investors of their original investment, plus 50% growth over a period of three years. Investors can hold their investment longer than three years and also have the option of returns after 12 months.

The Fund Managers have set a ‘hurdle rate’ of 6.0% growth per annum, which they need to achieve for investors, before the Fund Managers share in additional growth as a performance incentive.

The Koroni Fund makes it possible for individuals to invest and take a share of a portfolio of claims settlements, from as little as £10,000.

The Koroni Fund is also able to accept pension fund investment via a SIPP or SSAS.

Investors risk is spread because the Fund only selects claims with a high chance of success and spreads the investment across thousands of claims at any one time. The Koroni Fund has selected I-Sm@rt Consumer Services to process its claims, as they have experience of over 50,000 such claims to date.
