Another high yield investment opportunity from PKS

This opportunity offers an investment into a Brazilian company to enter into a participation agreement for the development of 1,120 apartments under the Minha Casa Minha Vida government funded social housing scheme.

After the first 12 months the full capital is returned plus a dividend of 10%. At the end of the 24 months a further dividend of 60% is paid. A total of 170% of the original investment.

The dividends are paid in Brazil, where they are tax-exempt.

The Brazilian government has pledged to build 1 million properties before the end of 2010 under the Minha Casa Minha Vida scheme. The development is in an area where there are 36,000 families already on the waiting list for the Minha Casa Minha Vida scheme.
