"Dragons Den" star James Caan is to offer interest-free loans of up to £50,000 to cover stamp duty and solicitors fees.

According to the Guardian, James Caan, from BBC's Dragons' Den, is launching a new fund to offer homebuyers interest free loans to cover the cost of their stamp duty and legal fees.
The scheme will be available to anyone buying a property advertised on on property website Look4aProperty.com. This site is part-owned by Caan, and loans will be available up to £50,000, from a fund of £1bn, provided by Hitachi Capital.
An agreement between Look4aProperty.com, the estate agents, and conveyancing company LMS, will mean a percentage of their commission, generated by the scheme, will go towards paying back the interest on the capital, allowing the purchaser to have an interest free loan.
